The reasons for
procedures need to be recognised. Procedures must be seen to
be an important part of ensuring that we produce a product
of consistent quality.
Fully detailed procedures
have to be available for every part of our job, and must be
freely available and kept up to date. The process for
updating is also covered in this module.

Process
