Thorough and accurate
record keeping is emphasised in this Core Topic. The rules
for this are indicated and the reasons for the rules are
explained.
Examples of documents
are selected from everyday life. Consideration of these
leads to the discovery that filling in documents at work is
no different to filling in documents at home - the rules are
basically the same. The participant is given examples of
incorrectly completed documents and shown the correct
procedure for making corrections.
